FleetPro

FleetPro is the shop survey app for shops and jobbers.

What is FleetPro?

FleetPro is the shop survey app from Tritium Apps. Shops and jobbers use it to survey a fleet, vehicle by vehicle, and match parts from the catalog. It runs on Windows, Android phones and tablets, iPad, and iPhone, and surveys sync between those devices and the shop.

Which devices does FleetPro run on?

Windows, Android phones and tablets, iPad, and iPhone. A survey syncs between those devices and the shop.

What can I do in FleetPro?
  • Register a fleet and work the survey by section and by vehicle.
  • Look up parts in the jobber catalog by section, make, model, submodel, engine, brand, part type, and style.
  • Add a part from a photo of the VIN plate or a barcode, or from a photo you take, and decode a VIN.
  • Keep notes on the vehicle, check inventory, and record OBD-II and J1939 diagnostics.
  • Create a survey PDF, an inventory PDF, or a fax PDF, and export CSV.
  • Import a survey saved in the old fleet survey format, or append a survey from another site.
  • Share a survey with another device by QR code.
  • Work in any of six languages, with light and dark themes.
How do I start a survey?
  1. Open FleetPro on your Windows PC, Android device, iPad, or iPhone.
  2. Start a survey for a fleet, or open one you already have.
  3. Work it by section and by vehicle.
  4. Add parts from the catalog, or from a photo of the VIN plate or a barcode.
  5. Create the survey PDF when you're done.
How do I scan a VIN?

On an iPhone, an iPad, or an Android device with a camera:

  1. Open the vehicle and find the VIN field.
  2. Tap Scan VIN.
  3. Allow the camera if the device asks.
  4. Photograph the VIN plate or barcode. A clear, straight photo works best.
  5. Check the VIN that appears in the field.

If the photo can't be read, take another one or type the VIN.

How do I share a survey with another device?

Open the survey and use QR share. On the other device, scan the code to claim the survey.

Which reports and exports does FleetPro create?

A survey PDF for the fleet (with the jobber and each unit's filters), an inventory PDF, and a fax PDF. You can also export the survey as CSV.

How is FleetPro sold?

FleetPro is a subscription for your organization, priced per device. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for pricing.

How do I get FleetPro updates?

Updates come from tritiumapps.com with your subscription.

FleetPro isn't working. What should I do?

Email support@tritiumapps.com and include:

  • the device and platform (Windows, Android, iPad, or iPhone)
  • what you were doing and what you expected
  • what happened instead, with a screenshot if you can

Tritium UI

Tritium UI is a native .NET MAUI control suite for developers who build apps in any industry.

What is Tritium UI?

Tritium UI is a commercial suite of native .NET MAUI controls for the apps you ship: data grids and pivot grids, charts and gauges, scheduler, Gantt, and timeline views, maps, a PDF viewer, an image editor, barcode drawing and scanning, rich text, editors and forms, and docking panels. The controls are ordinary MAUI views, not a web view. Developers anywhere in the world use them, in any industry.

Which platforms does Tritium UI run on?

Tritium UI runs in a .NET MAUI app on .NET 10, on:

  • Android
  • iOS (iPhone and iPad)
  • Mac (Mac Catalyst)
  • Windows 10 and later

You use the same control set on every platform. Build and run the app for each target the way you normally do.

Will Tritium UI come to WinForms or ASP.NET?

Yes. They're planned, but they aren't available yet. WinForms will come as two separate packages, one for .NET Framework 4.7.1 and one for modern .NET. ASP.NET Core will get Blazor components first, then Tag Helpers. ASP.NET on .NET Framework will get ASP.NET MVC 5 support. We haven't announced dates. Today, Tritium UI ships for .NET MAUI.

Do I need a separate license for each platform?

No. A product group license covers that group on every Tritium platform. Licenses are per developer, and the apps you deploy are royalty-free.

How is Tritium UI licensed?

By product group, or as a suite.

  • A single product group covers one kind of control: Tritium UI Controls, Tritium Data Grids, Tritium Charts, Tritium Gauges, Tritium Maps, Tritium Scheduling, Tritium Documents, Tritium Imaging & Barcode, or Tritium Reporting.
  • Essentials bundles Tritium UI Controls and Tritium Data Grids.
  • Complete includes all nine product groups.

Core, Graphics, and Licensing come free with any group or suite. Each product group has its own installer. Individual controls aren't sold one at a time. Licenses are per developer, and the runtime is royalty-free for apps you ship. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for pricing and licenses.

How does Tritium UI licensing work?

You buy a Tritium UI license once, and it doesn't expire. The edition you license keeps working in your apps for as long as you use it. Each license includes one year of updates and email support for that edition. We ship a new edition each year, named for the year and quarter it comes out. A new edition isn't part of your update year. To move to it, you renew your license for that product, and renewals are 20% off, with no deadline. The discount applies to renewing the same product, not to moving up to a suite. After your update year, you can keep email support with an optional annual support subscription. Licenses are per developer: each developer who writes code with Tritium UI needs one and can use it on their own computers. A license can't be transferred to another developer or to another company, including a company formed by a merger or one that buys your company's business. If your company stays the same legal entity and only its owners change, its licenses stay with it. Build machines don't need a license. A product group license covers that group on every Tritium platform. The apps you ship are royalty-free, and your end users never need a license. If you're not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 30 days of a purchase or a renewal. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for pricing and licenses.

What are the product groups?
  • Tritium UI Controls: Editors (including Badge), DataForm, Buttons, Tabs, TreeView, Gallery (carousel), Docking, RichText.
  • Tritium Data Grids: DataGrid, Pivot.
  • Tritium Charts: Charts, Treemap, OrgChart.
  • Tritium Gauges: Gauges.
  • Tritium Maps: Maps.
  • Tritium Scheduling: Scheduler, Gantt, Timeline.
  • Tritium Documents: PDF viewer and the PDF engine.
  • Tritium Imaging & Barcode: image editor, barcode, and scanner.
  • Tritium Reporting: report designer, report viewer, and Avery labels.

Essentials is Tritium UI Controls and Tritium Data Grids. Complete is all nine.

What's the difference between Essentials and Complete?

Essentials bundles Tritium UI Controls and Tritium Data Grids. Tritium Charts, Tritium Gauges, Tritium Maps, Tritium Scheduling, Tritium Documents, Tritium Imaging & Barcode, and Tritium Reporting aren't in Essentials. You can add them as single product groups or get them all with Complete. Complete includes all nine product groups.

Can I buy just the part I need?

Yes. License a single product group, such as Tritium Data Grids or Tritium Maps. If your app grows into several kinds of screens, ask Sales to compare a suite against the groups you'd buy.

Which product group has the control I need?

Look the control up in the controls gallery or in the product group table. For example, the data grid and pivot grid are in Tritium Data Grids, charts are in Tritium Charts, gauges are in Tritium Gauges, and the barcode scanner is in Tritium Imaging & Barcode.

Does each product group have its own installer?

Yes. Each group has its own installer, so you install only what you licensed. Suite installers cover every group in the suite.

How do I add the controls to my app?
  1. License the product group or suite you need from Sales.
  2. Add the private package source from your license to your NuGet configuration.
  3. Reference the packages that came with your license.
  4. Call UseTritiumUI() at startup.
  5. Lay the controls out like any other MAUI view, and bind them to the data your page already has.

The developer notes have the full steps.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can request one. Request a free trial or email sales@tritiumapps.com, tell us what you're building, and Sales will reply with the details.

Can I install Tritium UI from the public NuGet Gallery?

No. Tritium UI packages come with your license from a private package source.

Do I need any third-party libraries?

No. Tritium UI is written entirely by Tritium Apps. We write all of our own code and use no third-party libraries. The only package dependencies are Microsoft's own .NET packages, starting with .NET MAUI itself, which your app already references.

Does my app need an internet connection for licensing?

No. The app you ship doesn't use the network for licensing, and your end users never contact Tritium.

Which barcodes can Tritium UI create and read?

60 symbologies, including QR, Micro QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, MaxiCode, Code 128, EAN and UPC, GS1-128, the GS1 DataBar family, USPS Intelligent Mail, Swiss QR-bill, and EPC QR. TritiumBarcodeView draws a code from a string and exports it as PNG. TritiumBarcodeScanner reads codes from a keyboard-wedge scanner, a still image, or a live camera once the user grants permission. The full list is in the controls gallery.

How does the map control work?

Tritium Maps draws standard web map tiles with our own native renderer from a tile source you choose: OpenStreetMap, Azure Maps with your own key (Road, Satellite, Hybrid, Night, plus traffic), or any HTTPS tile server. It includes a local tile cache, pins with clustering, shapes with editing, GeoJSON, heatmaps and choropleth.

Can I match my brand colors?

Yes. Set your accent color once and every Tritium control follows it. Pick a finish (Default, Candy, Glass, Gradient with 2 to 6 stops, or Soap Bubble), a fill direction, and Flat or Depth3D. Light and dark follow your app’s theme.

Tritium Reporting

Tritium Reporting adds a banded report designer, a report viewer, exports, and Avery labels to your .NET MAUI app. See Tritium Reporting

What is Tritium Reporting?

A visual banded report designer (TritiumReportDesigner), a full report viewer (TritiumReportViewer), exports, and Avery label sheets (TritiumAveryLabelView) for .NET MAUI. They're native MAUI views that you bind to the data your app already has.

Is Tritium Reporting part of Tritium UI Complete?

Yes. Tritium UI Complete includes Tritium Reporting along with the other eight product groups. You can also buy Tritium Reporting on its own.

Can my users design reports, or only view them?

Both. Put TritiumReportDesigner in your app so users can lay out and save reports, or ship only TritiumReportViewer to run reports you designed.

Which formats can it export?

PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX and XLS), PowerPoint (PPTX), PNG, TIFF, CSV, HTML, MHTML, and XML.

Can I bring my Crystal Reports, SSRS, or ActiveReports reports?

Yes. Tritium Reporting imports Crystal Reports .rpt files and report definition XML, SSRS and Report Builder RDL files, and ActiveReports RPX, RDLX, and C# or VB.NET section reports. The structure comes across: bands, fields, groups, formulas, and subreports. Complex layouts may need some touch-up afterward, and the importer lists anything it couldn't map.

Do I need a report server?

No. In a .NET MAUI app, reports run inside your app on the device.

Where does the report data come from?

Lists of .NET objects or dictionaries, a DataTable, or an IDataReader. Your app loads the data and hands it to the report.

Which Avery labels does it print?

Avery 5160 and 8160 (30 labels), 5163 (10 labels), and 5164 (6 labels) on US Letter. Preview the sheet, export it to PDF, and print at 100% so the labels line up.

Does Reporting have its own installer?

Yes. Like every Tritium product group, Reporting has its own installer. If you have Complete, the suite installer includes it.

Which platforms does Tritium Reporting run on?

Today, Android, iOS (iPhone and iPad), Mac Catalyst, and Windows 10 (version 19041 and later), on .NET 10 MAUI. WinForms and ASP.NET versions are planned.

Will Tritium Reporting come to WinForms or ASP.NET?

Yes. It's planned, but it isn't available yet. WinForms will come as two separate packages, one for .NET Framework 4.7.1 and one for modern .NET, with a report viewer and exports. ASP.NET Core will get a Blazor report viewer first, then a Tag Helper. ASP.NET on .NET Framework will get MVC 5 support. On the web, reports run and export on your own server. We haven't announced dates.

Do I need a separate license for each platform?

No. One Tritium Reporting license covers every Tritium platform. Licenses are per developer, and deployment is royalty-free.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can request one. Request a free trial or email sales@tritiumapps.com, tell us what you're building, and Sales will reply with the details.

Can I install Tritium Reporting from the public NuGet Gallery?

Buying and support

How do I buy?

Buy directly from Tritium Apps. Email sales@tritiumapps.com or use the contact page, tell us what you need, and Sales will send pricing, a quote, and your license. There's no online checkout, and we don't sell through marketplaces or resellers.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, for Tritium UI and Tritium Reporting, within 30 days of a purchase or a renewal. Email sales@tritiumapps.com and we'll refund what you paid for that license: the full license price of a purchase, or the renewal fee for a renewal. We don't give refunds after 30 days. When we refund a purchase or a renewal, the license for that product is revoked, including any earlier edition it covered, and its license key can't be reactivated. To use that product again, you buy a new license at the full list price; the renewal discount doesn't apply. A support subscription can also be refunded within 30 days of buying it or of its automatic renewal. That ends only the support; your license keeps working. To try before you buy, request a free trial.

Can I transfer my license?

No. A Tritium UI or Tritium Reporting license belongs to the developer it was issued to. It can't be moved to another developer or to another company. That includes a company formed by a merger and a company that buys your company's business or assets. A different developer, another company, or one of those companies needs its own new license. If your company stays the same legal entity and only its owners change, for example when someone buys its shares, its licenses stay with it. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for a quote.

Where do I get help?
  • Help with a product you already have: support@tritiumapps.com. For Tritium UI and Tritium Reporting, support is included during your license's update year, and we respond within 15 business days. After that, you can add an annual support subscription.
  • Pricing, licenses, quotes, renewals, and support subscriptions: sales@tritiumapps.com
What support do I get?

For Tritium UI and Tritium Reporting, email support is included for your license's update year, the first 12 months, and we respond within 15 business days. When the update year ends, your license keeps working. To keep support after that, add an optional annual support subscription. It comes in two levels: Standard, and Priority, which gets faster responses. It renews each year until you cancel it. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel any time before it renews. You can get a refund within 30 days of buying a support subscription or of its automatic renewal; that ends only the support, and your license keeps working. Renewing to a new edition also starts a new update year, with support included. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for support subscription pricing.
