Website terms

These terms cover the Tritium Apps marketing website only. They are not the software license. When you license FleetPro or Tritium UI, the agreement you accept with that purchase is the license for that software. Contact sales@tritiumapps.com for pricing and licenses.

The site

The pages describe the products, how licensing works, and how to reach the publisher. They are not an offer that completes itself. Contact sales@tritiumapps.com for pricing and licenses. A contract of sale is formed when you license a product from Tritium Apps.

Names

Tritium Apps, Tritium UI, Tritium.Maui.Essentials, and Tritium.Maui.Complete are names used by the publisher. FleetPro is the shop survey app. Don’t present a modified build as one of these products.

Use of the pages

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy the pages into another product catalog or send automated traffic that degrades it for other readers.

Warranty for the pages

The software license governs the product. These pages describe the products and are not a warranty.

Law

The law that applies to a purchase is the law stated in the license you accept with Sales. These website terms do not pick a court of their own.
