Licensing
Licenses come from Sales.
Contact sales@tritiumapps.com for FleetPro pricing and subscriptions. For Tritium UI and Tritium Reporting, write to the same address for pricing and licenses.

How licensing works
Tritium UI and Tritium Reporting
- Yours to keep. A license doesn't expire. The edition you license keeps working in your apps.
- A year of updates. Every license includes one year of updates for the edition you bought.
- A new edition each year. Each edition is named for the year and quarter it ships. A new edition isn't part of your update year.
- 20% off renewals. Renew your license for a product to get its newest edition and another year of updates, at 20% off. The discount is per product and has no deadline. It doesn't apply to moving up to a suite.
- Per developer. Each developer who writes code with Tritium needs a license. Build machines don't.
- Not transferable. A license belongs to the developer it's issued to. It can't be moved to another developer or to another company, including a company formed by a merger or one that buys your company's business. Each of those needs a new license. If your company stays the same legal entity and only its owners change, its licenses stay with it.
- Every platform. A product group license covers that group on every Tritium platform.
- Royalty-free. The apps you ship carry no runtime fees, and your end users never contact Tritium.
- Try it first. Each Tritium product has its own free 30-day trial and trial key, plus 30 days of access to Tritium's demo organization. Suites aren't trialed as one; request a trial for each product you want to try. You can try each product once.
- 30-day refund. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days of a purchase or a renewal. We refund the full license price of a purchase, or the renewal fee for a renewal. We don't give refunds after 30 days. When we refund a purchase or a renewal, the license for that product is revoked, including any earlier edition it covered, and its license key can't be reactivated. Buying that product again is at the full list price, without the renewal discount. Refunding a support subscription ends only the support; your license keeps working.
- Provided as is. Tritium products are provided as is, without warranties. Try them first with the free trial.
- Support for your update year. Email support@tritiumapps.com. Support is included during your update year, and we respond within 15 business days. After that, you can keep support with an optional annual support subscription. Ask Sales for details.
- Use within the terms. A license used outside its terms can be revoked.
Tritium licenses are sold by Tritium Apps, LLC.
FleetPro
- FleetPro is sold separately, as a subscription for your organization, priced per device. Email sales@tritiumapps.com for details.
