Key features

Show a featured measure against a comparative marker.
Paint qualitative ranges (poor, satisfactory, good) behind the bar.
Lay the graph out horizontally or vertically.
Show tick labels and an optional label on the comparative marker.
Drag the featured value, snap it, and animate changes.
Bind Value as an alias of the featured measure.
Export the graph to a PNG stream or file.
