Pick a date from a drop-down month calendar without leaving the form.

Main API
- SelectedDate . The chosen day, two-way.
- IsOpen . Whether the month popup is open.
- FirstDayOfWeek . The weekday shown in the first column.
- DateSelected . Fires with the newly selected date.
